Fees
My psychotherapy rate is $180 per 50 minute appointment. All patients receive detailed monthly statements with billing information. I accept payment by check (preferred) or credit. Payment is due within 30 days.
A good faith estimate of costs for any services as well as privacy practices are available upon scheduling or on request.
Insurance & Out of Network
I am paneled with Premera and First Choice Health, and my office bills them directly. Many other insurance providers provide some coverage for my services out of network. In those cases, I either bill the insurance company directly and bill you for the balance, or provide you with a super bill to seek reimbursement.
Patient Portal
Existing patients may access my Simple Practice patient portal to contact me, upload forms or make payments. New patients will complete forms prior to our first meeting, contact me with questions via my patient portal as well.
